Ulquiorra barely looked over Orihime's new sexy fat body before having an explosion of blood erupting from his nose. Orihime winced and said, "Eww...what just happened to you?" Ulquiorra pulled out a handerchief and, after wiping his nose, replied, "Nothing. I was just...surprised by your new girth..."

Orihime blushed as she gently squeezed her fat belly. "I guess I went overboard, huh?" Ulquiorra really did like seeing Orihime like this, but he knew what he had to do next...
