"Kids, seriously, please calm down..." Kristy said frustrated.
As there father, Jeff, started the car, a bolt of what seemed like lightning came out of nowhere, and hit their car. The blast of electricity felt like a thunderous hurricane to all five people inside who were stunned and too shocked to move.
After a few minutes, everyone's nerves started coming back.
"Is everyone okay?" Jeff said a little shaken up.
"Peachy, dad..." Melanie said.
"Yeah, just fine..." John said.
"Okay, so let's get started."
Jeff tried starting the car, but it seemed the battery was out.
"Well, this is just great..."
"What happened honey?" Kristy said
"The battery is dead, and I guess were stuck here."
"Dad, there is something else. Something too big for us to comprehend... We have shrunk." Melanie said stutteringly.
"What?"
Just then, they heard a gigantic footstep. It was their neighbor Brad who seemed to have just come back from work.
