The scream

Just then you heard a scream, like someone was in pain. You look through the window of the hut, and see Adam sitting on the ground, and he was much fatter than before. He was trying to pull his shirt down, but then gave up trying. He looked like he was 200 pounds heavier then when you last saw him. You then see him trying to stand up, but he's having a difficult time getting off of the ground.

You're having a hard time deciding what to do. You want to help him, but you don't know what caused him to gain weight, the same could happen to you.

You have the following choices:

1. Go to Adam and see if you can help him.

2. Stay where you are and try not to be noticed.
