Chapter #3Wandering by: Vrain   Slowly, you awake. For some reason, you first inhale a large amount of air, as if you havent breathed in hours. You look around, wondering were you are. But it looks like the same forest you were just walking in. You cant be too sure yet though, you just woke up and your vision is still a bit blurred.
You stand up and start walking around, the only thing you can think of doing. Everything looks normal.
Seeing a light to outside you start walking towards the exit. After taking a while, you speed up until you start running, "Why is this taking so long?" After a while, you trip and fall. "What the..." you stare blankly at what you tripped on, a GIANT leaf. Laid out on the ground, it looks 4 feet long! Seeing this you take carefully at everything around you. Behind you, theres a twig, or to you, a well grown branch. You jump up and start to freak a little. You step onto the giant leaf, and your feet dont even spread out enough to reach the end.
You shake your head in disbelief. "Nah-uh, thats impossible..." You decide to just turn around and walk back towards the exit. But suddenly, the leaf starts to lift off the ground, with you on it. It begins slow, but speeds up, enough to were you have to hang on. It soon comes to a stop, about 60 feet above ground, until the leaf can barely support your weight anymore. Fear courses through body again, and the leaf slides you off, sending you falling towards the ground.
You close your eyes, waiting for anything to happen next.
Just as you can sense that the fall was about to end, you lightly land on a soft ground. Almost immediately, your eyes shoot open. Straight forward, you can see a brownish, gold jacket. And around you, your laying on a giant hand. Although, it was yellow and had fur, not skin. You look up, and find a giant face. It looked like a cat's face, but it was humanish. It was wearing a gold jacket, and holding the leaf in it's other hand. The eyes were bright purple, and it's hair was a mixture of yellow, and white strands. You can recognize the form, a Jolteon, with you in the palm of it's hand.
Except, it's face looked...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
