As Nala's pregnancy progressed... It was hard for Simba not to notice how lazy Nala was getting, but instead of getting mad he found it extremely endearing. I mean she does have a baby growing in her belly.

Three months into the pregnancy Simba noticed that Nala had been getting a bit on the heavier side, and he absolutely loved it! I mean yeah he loved Nala when she was strong and lean but he liked her having the extra poundage on her belly. He wanted to see her get fatter even after their cub was birthed. He wanted to tell Nala this but didn't know how.

Four days later he was laying beside Nala while she at a Gazelle. Simba decided to tell her

"hey Nala can we talk?" Simba asked "yes, what is it dear?" she responded looking up from her meal "I wanted to tell you something" he replied "well? What is it?" Nala prodded
