So the stepmother one day, goes to her magic mirror, an asks him who is the most beautiful woman in the kingdom.
The mirror, of course, answers the most beautiful is Princess Snowwhite.
The stepmother goes into a rage. "How can this be Mirror?. She is plump".
"She might be plump Lady, but still much more beautiful than her highness".
"Well Mirror, you said it. She is still more beautiful. I'll make you change your mind".
The stepmother knows she cannot physically harm the girl, or she would loose the crown. She needs to think of something.
She devices a plan. She secretly summons the three ugliest spinsters in the Kingdom, and tells them about the plan.
The stepmother plan is to make snowwhite obese. To force her to eat and gain weight until the mirror changes his mind.
In order to do this, arrangements were made. One of the spinsters had a house with a big cellar.
There, in the cellar, a big reinforced bed was built. The bed was reclinable and had cuffs for her wrists and legs. The bed was connected to a scale.
A big kitchen was built, and lots of food were stored.
The arrangement was that the spinsters were to be payed in gold for every pound Princess Snowwhite gained. But as the Queen dreaded to be humiliated by the Mirror again, she had decided not to ask him for a new answer until the Princess gained the first 400 lbs., and not to pay the spinsters a coin until the Princess has made that initial gain.
The Princess would be constantly fed, and would not be allowed to leave the bed until the mirror changed the veredict.
So, one night, at dinner, the Queen put into Snowwhite food a potent sleeping formula. One she was slept, she was taken from the casttle by the spinsters.
She woke up hours later in the cellar bed. She noticed she was handcuffed, and three ugly women were standing by the bed looking maliciously at her.
"Hmmm, our beautiful Princess has woken up. Let's get to work".
One of the women reclined the bed to get the scared Princess in a sitting position.
She began to sob, "who are you?"
"No Princess, you cannot talk. Only obbey. You will only answer questions, and you'll do as we tell you. Or else, will fry you in boiling oil", and made a gesture towards a cauldron.
Having said this, a sliding table was pushed toward her breast. A napkin was tied around her neck. Two of the spinsters dissappeared thru a door. The sound of wheels was heard. They reappeared pushing a cart with several cakes.
