As Ino nods her head, the man injects the needle into her body...it isn't long before she passes out.

Hours later, Ino wakes up in a rather large empty room...but her clothes are gone! And...she's very very plump, a pot belly with three large creases in it and her legs and arms are so stubby compared to the rest of her body that she can't perform jutsu.
"She's right through here...did everyone bring their cameras?" Suddenly Sakura's voice could be heard through the door in front of Ino.
"Yeeeees!" A large amount of female voices replied in unison.
"Oh no! I-If they see me like this-!" Ino shouted in despair...but her legs being so stubby she can't run or hide...the door opens as all of Ino's former female classmates run in, taking pictures and laughing, Ino felt so humiliated...she would also feel angry but she know she can't do anything in her current state...
"My my my, now who's 'the perfect girl for Sasuke-kun'?" Sakura asked as she walked in provocatively.
"Sakura...when I get my hands on you..." Ino threatened Sakura but Sakura just chuckled.
"Oh, but you'll love your new future...remember that certain girl in our class? The only lesbian?" Ino thought for a moment while some of the other girls laughed at her.
"Um...yeah she kept on hitting on me everyday...but I told her I don't wing that way, especially for someone as ugly as her!" Sakura grinned maliciously.
"Oh you do remember her, good 'cause she remembers you..."
"Oh, Ino-chan, mmmmmmm, you look yummy and helpless!" A rather high female voice called from the doorway.
"N-no! Anzu!" A red-headed girl with pimples covering her face and body, since she's wearing a purple bikini, pranced over to the plump Ino and kissed her pot belly, leaving a lovely trail of thick saliva behind to crawl down to her vagina, the other girls taking pictures of every moment.
"U-ugh..,I e-even felt her pimples..." Anzu then licked Ino's belly a few more times then hugged her with one arm, masturbating with the other.
"Oh Ino...I'm so glad you decided to be with me..."
