After treating her patient, Elliot went to the cafeteria to try some of that new coffee she'd been yearning for all day.
Arriving in the cafeteria, she asked the cashier what made it taste so amazing. 'It's a new shipping of coffee beans', she answered, 'which have been treated with an experimental growth hormone'. 'Sounds amazing', Elliot answered, not sure why she even asked that, if she knew that it would be a long and very boring story anyway.
She went back to treating a patient with a heavy reaction to a common cold, a 25-year old handsome man, while sipping some of her still nicely hot coffee. As she chugged it all the way down, she felt a mild tingling in her chest. She ignored it, knowing it was probably just an annoying itch. Continuing on with her patient, she become frustrated at how she had to again pull down her scrubs. 'Damn, must have picked out a size too small this morning', she said to herself, so she went to the dressing room to pick out an extra large top. Her bra was also starting to strain on and dig into her shoulders, so she dashed into the bathroom, dying to get it off her chest.
After absentmindedly taking off her bra (therefore not noticing her now F cup breasts), she went on to take care of the patient, oblivious at how her hard and sensitive nipples clearly poked through her scrubs.
