She's been having nightmares.

"I have been having nightmares," said Hoshi.
"They happened over the past few days. First was a dream where Archer told everyone else to leave except me, then he stripped his uniform, turned into a werewolf and tried to eat me. The second was of Trip but it wasn't Trip it was this intimidating version of Trip, and the third was of Malcolm but he was treating me like a baby."

Phlox scanned Hoshi and she seemed alright, so he just sent her on her way, but then...
