You realize that rather than being outside as you'd thought, you are inside a small room with no roof and deep gouges in the walls that remind you of much of scratch marks much like when a cat would scratch a log

As you look closer, you realize that that's exactly what they are, only much bigger and instead of wood of coarse, it is hard stone. As you're wondering what could've caused the scratch marks, You hear yells and screams.

All of a sudden, you feel an intense pain in your head as a dragon screams in pain. The sounds of the battle grow closer, and the egg is making a lot more noise. Realizing it must be close to hatching, you cradle it in your arms, wondering how you can help it. Then, you spot an opening in the wall...

You have the following choices:
