It's too early for either the mail or one of the delivery services to be delivering packages, Nick ponders. Perhaps it came yesterday, and I didn't notice? he asks himself. He thinks that highly unlikely, as just before he went to bed, Nick actually checked to spot packages are left at when they are delivered. Still, it was a possibility.
