The definition of softball is a modified form of baseball played on a smaller field with a larger ball, seven rather than nine innings, and underarm pitching. The game evolved during the late 19th century from a form of indoor baseball. Softball is also defined as the ball used in the game of softball.
The standards of a Softball are set by the International Softball Federation. Softballs have a diameter of 3.82 inches and circumference of 12 inches.
So, for the standards of our story, we will look at female anthros (expanding beyond the premise of just a lion) who can fit inside a softball, either by curling up on themselves, or standing straight up.
Our story begins in a parallel universe, where the fictional universe of a famous female furry (forgive the alliteration) is actually real. Somehow, though, she gets transported from her universe to our human universe, and is shrunk in the process! So who gets transported, and to what size?
