Tim and Sarah entered Tim's bedroom, both a little freaked out over what has happened. Sarah sat in the corner, looking as if she could cry any moment. But she held back. She could hardly curl up like she normally does because Tim's body was unsuited to stretching. But she knew something would happen. She liked Tim for his decisiveness and planning. She liked his strength of mind.
Tim laid back on his bedsheets. His new dirty-blonde hair laid strewn over his bed. It felt a bit awkward for him, since his bed was often a place of some comfort to him. But now he felt out of place. His body was now his sister's, and, even though they were only a year apart, his sister was 5'4", almost half a foot smaller than he was. His feet, much smaller than before, couldn't reach the floor if he sat on the edge of his bed. Finally, his breasts were out of place, especially without a bra on to hold them.
On the plus side, he weighed about 55 pounds less, and he could easily feel it.
"You see Sarah, I woke up early this morning and was incredibly bored. I didn't feel like doing anything. It was weird."
"Weirder than this?" Sarah said, interested.
"No." He let out a chuckle, though, coming from his sister's body, just made everything weirder. "But I looked through things in my attic... something to do, ya know? Nah, I'd never do that normally. Anywho, I found a mirror under a pile of clothing. I saw a dress on the floor and instantly thought of your white dress from the prom."
"Awwww..." Sarah said, though Tim gave her a wierd look. He knew he'd never say that. "You thought about me in your free time?" She looked a bit happier.
"When would I not?" Tim said, in a strange effort to charm. "But, back to the story. I picked up the mirror instinctivly, as it out of my control. As I did, I closed my eyes. I couldn't keep them open. And... when I looked at the mirror again, I saw you. But it wasn't a picture. I was looking at myself. Rather... myself looking like you. You must have changed at the same time."
"Yeah, I woke up only ten minutes before it happened," Sarah explained. "I got out of bed and got into my shower. As I finished my shower and started to dry myself, I also had to blink. When I opened my eyes, my body felt strange. I was you, but when I found that out in the mirror, I slipped and fell in the bathroom. I quickly ran into my room, locked the door, and heard my cell ring."
"And that's when I called."
"Yeah."
"Damn, see... it's more complicated then that. In the meantime, I tried to think of someone who could help. And... well, I thought of my sister. But... and I have to be an idiot... I was holding the mirror. So five seconds later and I'm her. I go to check in her room and I see her still asleep, but now she has your old body. That was maybe ten minutes ago."
"What time is it now?"
"10:32," Tim said as he looked at his digital clock next to his bed. He sat up and gave a rundown of the situation. "Well... Tim..." he exphasized, "I don't normally wake up this early." He reverted back to his more serious tone, even though he didn't know how to do it for his sister since his sister had a much lighter voice. "I think Julie went to bed after I did, and I went to bed around midnight. She was talking late last night, so I'd expect her going to bed around 2:00 AM. She likes her 10-hour beauty sleeps, so I'd give her about an hour and a half before she wakes up. We have to get to her before mom does, or things will get even more awkward."
"Then what should we do?" Sarah said.
