Brad's just about to grab some more to eat, maybe call for a pizza, when there's a knock at the door.
He dashes to answer before his dorm buddy is woken up and opens the door to find Randy standing there with several bags. Randy smells a little of booze and looks a little upset.
'What's up buddy?' Brad says giving Randy a man hug to comfort and support him.
Randy accepts the hug and cheers up a little. 'I got kicked out of my dorm for having alcohol underage. I can't believe it, it was my last chance but i'm 21 in 2 weeks time so I took the chance. Can .... could I possibly ..... stay here with you guys for a few nights, just until I find somewhere else?'
'Randy, dude! You've nothing to fear .... cause Brad's here!' They both smile. 'This dorms a 3 bed dorm anyway, you might as well dorm with us. I can have a word with Chris (the dorm manager) and get it sorted. Now dump your stuff and lets chill with a few beers, after all I turned 21 last month so they can't have a go at me!'
'You are such a mate, thank you SO much. I brought the food I had left at the dorm, but I ate a lot on the walk over in the park. There's still a bit left though!'
Randy was right, there were about 10 bags of chips, 20 snack chocolate bars, a couple of fresh pizzas to mention a few of the treats!
