'Mmmm, chocolate cake!' she exclaimed, catching sight of the massive gateau she'd stored in the freezer for Lucy's birthday a few weeks away. Well, that would be plenty of time to get a new one, she told herself, as she bent over to retrieve the massive cake from where she'd been keeping it. Bending down over her newly expanded belly was more difficult than she'd been prepared for, but she managed to pull it out and waddle over to the microwave to defrost it.
Susan pulled out the cake from its box, and was preparing to cut herself a slice, when she realised that a piece just wouldn't be enough. She was still ravenous, and needed to gorge herself fully, She slid the entire cake onto a plate - the chocolate fudge monstrosity was so large it overflowed the plate, and would barely fit into the microwave. As she set the microwave to a thorough warm-through of 5 minutes, it suddenly struck her that she couldn't wait. She needed more food, and she needed it now.
