Susan was driving back to her house and decided she was going to make a pit stop. Was she out of milk? Did the car need gas? The answer to both is no. Susan had spotted the donut shop and could not resist the urge to cater to her chocoholic needs. She entered the shop and scanned behind the counter, looking for various chocolate flavored donuts. There was plain chocolate, chocolate covered, chocolate creme, and chocolate donut holes. Well far be it for her to make a decision on which of the four kinds she wanted, instead opting for some of each. She also ordered a latte to drink with the after dinner snack she was going to scarf down while in the car.
Susan made short work of that box of donuts. By the time she arrived home, all twelve of the donuts and every crumb in the box had been joyfully devoured. As she walked in the door, Susan noticed an empty bag on the counter. It was from the local supermarket and still had the receipt in it. Someone had bought more ice cream. Susan let out a little squeal of delight. Her belly was full for the moment but that would not last long. She went to her room to change into her evening clothes and then used the bathroom. Apparently that trip to the bathroom was all she needed because she was more than ready to ingest the ice cream waiting in the freezer.
She grabbed a spoon from the drawer, took out the chocolate ice cream and proceeded to the living room to watch her favorite channel, The Food Network.
