Greg hoisted his breakfast-bloated girth out of the chair and ambled over to the coat rack. Digging the Blackberry out of the pocket of his jacket, he saw that there were two 'urgent' new messages, ten routine messages, and that his caller had left a voice message. It was a 'routine' message from a member of his team. Well, one of the nice things about a 'Crackberry' is being able to answer things no matter where you were, even if you were late after gorging on a huge breakfast...
Greg listened to the message, then scrolled down to the e-mail it referred to. The phone message, and the voice-mail were from the same 'newby' on his team, Joey, and the 'kid' really needed to settle down - he hadn't been Greg's pick as a new statistician, he was just wasn't 'settled' enough, but he had some connection to Greg's boss's wife and so he'd been assigned to Greg's team. What Joey needed, Greg thought aimlessly as he considered a reply to Joey's message, was....
