So you as the Castform are currently stuck inside a tube-like bottle, that is filling up with (your) rain. You can breathe in it, unsuprisingly.

Of course, you don't want to be trapped like this forever, so you pick one of the other two weathers that Castform can control: hail, or sandstorm.
