As the years went on CWI eventually went out of business, the environmentalists gave up their crusade to stop the bio chemical dumping, and the residents of Farrowville soon forgot the controversy. The suburb expanded, building houses, schools, and parks over the toxic land. As it happened there was a park built over the most toxic area of land in the whole suburb. And in this park was a children's playground which included swings, a sand box, a slide, and various other forms of amusement for the happy go lucky children of Farrowville.
Month after month the children were exposed to the dangerous materials emanating from under their feet. The busy children's parents had neglected to notice their children had stopped growing for the past several months and were even showing signs of a reduction in height. Little did they know a small earthquake would cause a massive leak in bio chemical materials, causing the children to have an extreme height reduction.
