It was a pleasant day for both Lacus and Cagalli as they could finally have time to meet each other and waste it on fun activities like spa, shopping and of course, catching up with each other and with whatever gossip was around. Lacus was particularly interested on how Cagalli's relationship with Athrun progressed, as it was obvious they wanted to be together but both seemed too busy to actually take the natural next step, at least from the last time she saw them.
"Well, of course we are not as public as you with your boyfriend but I can't complain, specially since I found something that spices up things in the bedroom" the candid revelation completely took Lacus off guard
"Eh, what do you mean?"
"You know what I mean surely, didn't you notice anything when you were his fiancé?"
"Not really, we didn't go all the way after all" Lacus answered with a mix of doubt and curiosity, this was some juicy stuff but she wanted to guess and nothing about Athrun came to mind
"Well, he just seems to be crazy about feet" Cagalli just shrugged after the anticlimactic way of revealing the gossip "that's why I wanted a couple of new shoes today!"
"That's it? I thought it would be something a lot worse" Lacus admitted, sure it wasn't a common thing but it also wasn't anything super strange. And now she could picture the times she thought he was just admiring her outfit.
"I don't know what you expected but hey, it's an interesting kink. The foot rubs when we have some time for ourselves feel great but other things I'm still getting used to like his attempts to tickle me and .. the other stuff" Cagalli prudently decided to not elaborate seeing the way Lacus expression was changing
"Tickling?" Lacus asked also taking the cue to not go to intimate details
"Yeah, he also loves tickling my feet and I'm not a ticklish person so it becomes a bit of a forced act to pretend I enjoy it.. we are working on that I guess.. And what about you?" Cagalli shrugged again and finished the topic to try and get some interesting news herself about her fraternal twin.
Lacus felt bad trying to make a lame excuse about how they weren't like that
"Aww come on! surely there's something different he enjoys, or that you enjoy" Cagalli teased and grinned at Lacus' blush, the fact she didn't have anything interesting to say was still good gossip, kind of.
After the light teasing Cagalli finished the conversation encouraging Lacus to find something either she or Kira liked as it could "help the relationship" as she put it, and a couple of hours later they parted ways, with Lacus thinking about what could her boyfriend like, or if there was anything in particular she wanted to explore herself.
