and to remove the pink ring.

His smile tells you he's not going to repeat the instructions.

Reaching for the pink ring, you snatch your fingers into a fist, as the store owner reaches out.

"A little skittish." he observes, "I was only going to shake your hand, for winning the prize." He smiles and continues, "Though no prizes if I guess what your first female form might be... a fine filly."

Leaning in closer, he confides, "It's a curiosity other share, too, sire." He pats your closed fist.

Jamming it in your pocket you decide the only safe place to experiment is back at your own palace. A day's privacy can be guaranteed with Hassam's discretion. A code-word set up, and a new girl, you shudder at the idea of being in that position, a new girl granted the freedom of your estate. Usually you'd introduce her in person, or at least give the eunuch a description to identify her.

Waving the store owner good-bye, you distractedly drive your carriage back to your palace.

The four pony girls are perfectly synchronised, their ostrich feather decorated bridles dancing in the breeze. Their full, plump, pert rears unnaturally firm as they flex. Their tails flashing from side to side, a counterpoint to the sound of their hooves on the cobbles. You relax, in the carriage seat, proudly flaunting the wealth you earned on your adventures. Your smile falters and drops down a gear, as chill causes your stomach to twitch. If you take off the wrong ring, you might find out exactly what those girls are like... in the flesh.

Determined not to allow weakness, to direct your fate, you think instead on your harem girls. Each and every one a beauty, with her own special charms.
