To your horror you find that as she does an inspection, not only is your diaper wet but you have become a baby girl, having the hairless and puffy lips of an infant down their.

After she rather expertly changes your diaper she gives you an impish grin "Hmm probably wondering what is going on?"

You vigorously nod your head and try again to make futile efforts to remove your pacifier come gag. She chuckles "Well you are obviously in one of our more unusual speciality rooms, set up as a Nursery, we have two such rooms, this one is for little girls"

You frown as so far all that was obvious, she then asks "Hmm I suppose you had worked that out, the more important questions are what goes on in this room and why you were placed in it"

You cautiously nod your head hoping she will continue. She then gives you a curious look "Well John first you have
