Were Stuck

The Doctor fiddled with the various controls whimsically as he fondly watched Jamie and Victoria talking about the strange people of slyzer 7. The Doctor chuckled at the thought of there three eyes and jelly like legs. Then returning to reality he turned around still grasping the Tardis controls and said to his companions. "I do believe its time to visit our friend the brigadier again" he shrugged. "We promised we`d drop by, and" he said as if the two needed convincing "it would be nice to see him on purely a plesureble note, since that buisness with the cybermen we havent even said hello, o how dreadful of us".
"Doctor your rambling again" insisted Victoria. "Me, never" he replyed indignatly turning out his pockets with his thumbs. "Doctor, why cant you just go back in time a week after the last time we saw him" asked Jamie. "Well that would be poor show indeed" he replyed and "besides we cant have the old brigadier seeing us too often or he might start to rely on us" he chortled a laugh.
"Theres a reason were going is`nt there" said Jamie stepping towards the Doctor.
"No, no reason" he said clapping his hands and producing a wide heart warming smile. "Shall we go then?" you could tell he appreciated thier nods.
"Then lets" he smiled, pulling the lever. The column rose and the TARDIS stopped.
"What was that?" yelled Jamie. "I, I dont believe it" the Doctor replied. "This shoundnt be happening". "What, what whats wrong?" asked the cry stifling Victoria.
"Well", he said quite simply "Were stuck."
