Seeing mom and dad

As your Mom and Dad come into the living room you look at them closely trying to figure out what they did. You notice your Mom looks taller than your Dad now. She has put on a pair of his sweatpants, which you find odd, but you notice that they seem to fit her perfectly. Your Dad is wearing a pair of his sweats also, but his seem to be looser. They both seem to be very nervous.

You watch them for a minute and can't figure out what they did. After they sit down and start watching TV, you decide to start asking questions and see what you can find out. You also decide that at this time your not going to tell them you know about the machine.
