Wings

The warmth makes its way to your back and gives you a real good euphoric feeling. This feeling does not last long though and is quickly replaced with intense pain as two new appendages bust out of your back. They appear to be wings and are feathery and soft, but are covered with some blood that instantly gives you a demon out of hell type of appearance.

As the pain fades away you start to test out your wings, and find that you have total control of their movements.
