This choice: Forget later, how about now. • Go Back... Both Tucker and Sam were starting to get worried on how Danny's habits were getting quite weird.
"Dude, that's like the 3rd order you eat like that in just one sit!" Tucker responded at the moment he checked the amount of food and calories that his friend was going to consume. "I don't even order seconds in just one visit!"
"Relax, it's just the hunger." answered Danny, while drinking a large gulp of his milkshake.
"You just can't say it's 'the hunger'. Have you seen yourself recently?" expressed Sam, when she pulled a mirror off her purse. "As far as we know, you haven't been figthing ghosts in the last few weeks either."
Danny looked at himself with the mirror he got and just shrugged. "I have put a little weight on lately, so what? I mean, I can lose it easily."
"I'm sorry for inform you the news, bro, but that is just not a 'little weight'." Tucker poked the little fat roll that was freely hanging out of his pants. Danny just blushed and was nervously laughing about the same fact. His eyes weren't exactly getting away from the hamburger he was going to devour next. "I haven't been fattening that much!" Angered, exclaimed, when he munched another bite of it
"Ugh, Danny! You are really getting fatter! That shirt isn't fitting you anymore, too! We can't just shut up about it!" Sam screamed, tossing him a few napkins. "Also, clean up! You are just dripping grease everywhere!"
The halfa got the napkins that his best friend tossed him, and tried to clean up the grease and other stains his shirt has been getting in that pig out he was giving himself. He was angry about how his friends reacted, but he just didn't see what was the problem, really? It wasn't as if he was just gaining too much weight, either. He even recognized he was getting fat and he knew that as soon as a ghost attacked he will recover his fit and athletic self. They were just having a well-deserved rest and they needed it.
But, he also recognized that his appetite was getting bigger as far as time passed. He didn't know the reason, but he didn't bothered too much about it.
Besides... Danny felt quite good with that extra weight.
Finishing his meal, he just licked his fingers, and put his hands over his belly. "But, guys, this feeling is kinda good."
"Well, if you succumb to lazyness and no exercise, I see where you are going on." commented Tucker while thinking in that same sentence. "If I got fat, bro... oof, and I eat quite a lot."
"Sam?" Sam fold her arms and didn't want to answer that, while distracting her look to another corner of the restaurant.
"Danny, you know that girls don't really want to think in fat itself. Also, we are talking about Sam."
Both of them laughed at it, thinking about a fatter Sam just for a second, eating all kind of food and dishes around. "You guys disgust me a lot." Sam looked at them with a really disgusting look and stood up, taking her purse. "I'm leaving."
"What did we do?!" Reclaimed Danny. "You both not worrying about the whole thing!" As Sam got off their sight, she shut the entrance door so noisily that the clients that were entering were clearly scared about the mood of the goth girl.
"Wow, man, you made her angry. Again." Tuck laughed while grabbing some of the fries that Danny left in the table.
Of course, Danny was worried about Sam, since it wasn't his intention to make her leave, but he didn't know what to do to go after her and try to resolve the problem he got himself into.
In the other hand, Sam was completely angry about how stupid and dumb her best friends can be, and she was way much more worried about Danny's gaining weight problem. However she didn't really notice that this wasn't the only trouble that would bother them... indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
