Once you figure out how to ‘save a test version’ you discover the image on the screen changes, but you don’t. You also discover you can test the test configuration of yourself and everyone around you, find out what it’s going to change ahead of time.

Doing a little reading in the help pages allows you to determine very soon that the whole point of auto-adjust was to put a limit on the percentage of all parameters of a given person the computer is allowed to adjust on its own. Looking at the locked in changes you’ve made to yourself so far, you’re astonished at how little has actually changed. The sex change seems awfully radical to you, but as you look through them, you see how and why it wasn’t difficult.
First, the auto-adjust limit isn’t as tight for user as it is for others. After a few minutes tinkering around, you manage to reinvent Stacy and your kids considerably in a ‘test configuration’. Tiffa is now 14, Tina is 16 and Jeff is 17... and Stacy’s age is now 32. And your brother, who is conveniently got divorced at a good time to fit the new story, having knocked up teenager Stacy repeatedly, was keeping her and her kids on the side in what used to be your house. As a weird apology of sorts, you even decide to leave that relationship active, since Stacy is bisexual rather than Lesbian.But you still somehow can’t make this pass with you at 21. About 31 is as good as you get...
