you open your eyes and see your back in your room. " wait where did he go i thought we were finally together." you said sighing. you knew it was to good to be true that mermaid had tricked you and had you stat from the beginning. " i'm never listening to a mermaid again." you say getting up and getting dressed. once again you got your supplies and headed out and looked at you home for the last time. your dream was so real it was like he was real. maby your dream was a vision and you would be with him forever and never see this place again. you walked down the path you walked not a day ago. you saw the river and the mermaid. you walked up to her. " ok bitch why did you eat me and trick me and whatever it is you do to elves like me." melody looked at you. ' your not dead but every elf i ate always dies in my belly and never wakes from theier dreams.' you sat there and looked her in the eye. ' so all that was a dream huh well thanks alot now i'm delayed i need to get over that moutin." you say pointing to the peak in the distance.
melody looked at the peak. ' that place is in wolf territory you will be a fine snack for them.' she said and swam away. you went down the path again. it was mid afternoon when you sat down and went and looked at your rations. all you had were afew apples that would last only 3 days and some water which was limited. you sighed as you drank the water. " i'm never going to get up that peak in 3 days oh if only a strong young elf was here instead of over that god damn peak." you got up but heard a noise. out of the woods was a wolf. he was bigger then most wolfs you saw in your village that always ate the live stock. it was about the same size as you and with grey fur. ' young elf would you be so kind and come out i do not mean you no harm." the wolf said nicely. you got out and he looked at you. ' why are you here elves are not allowed in this place are you here to be my dinner?" you stood fast. these guys must be new to this area you did not remember a wolf tribe being here before. " i'm mayfair and i'm going over the peak to see my boyfriend who is on the other side.' you explain to the wolf. the wolf laughed. " thats a good one I like it when my food jokes." he said licking his lips. " you do know no one has heard from the other side of the peak in years." you looked at the wolf as he looked at you. " i'm sure he is over the peak if I could only go over to it.' you say starting to get scared. the wolf looks at you with hunger in his eyes. " i see you have food with you tell you what you give it to me and i'll let you go but the next time we meet your my dinner." you went to the bag and gave him the apples that were your only food for 3 days. ' yummy just yummy but not very tatsy.' the wolf said and he knocked you over. ' you said you would leave me alone." you screamed as the wolf opened his mouth to eat you.
