The Old Woman and Her Cart

You look around and see a bathroom with an open door and a scale near the toilet. You walk over and step on it, causing the needle to point to 200 lbs.

"Well...at least it wasn't too much..." you thought, sighing. You walk out, hearing your diaper crinkle with each step. Suddenly, you hear the squeeking of wheels and duck into a nearby room. You peek out to see an old woman pushing a giant cart of jars, bowls, and huge baby bottles filled with various flavored milks. There seems to be a glazed look in her eyes, as she doesn't see you and continues down the hall. Should you follow her?
