A fat big baby girl wants to play with you

"Gaa..." went the big fat baby girl, as she crawled to you. Despite looking she was in her pre to early twenties (and weiging several hundred lbs), she was dressed and acting like she was a year old. The girl is holding some blocks, and looks at you to play with her.

Still trying to make sense of this, you start to play with the girl. As you stack blocks, you wonder if the girl is aware of this different world, but can't speak because of how she was. You decide to try something to get her attention...
