You take the lamp, and jokingly rub it, as you know there cannot be a genie inside. After a few good hard rubs you set the lamp back down and walk away.
As you do, you hear a loud hissing noise from behind, and turn around to see smoke pouring out of the nozzel.
A woman, much more plump than you appears, and bows.
"I am Melinda, Genie of Bodily Desires. I can change your body however you wish, size wize. Would you like to be much heavier, or just filled with air, my dear?" she says with a bow.
"I am not sure i understand, Me..linda." you say, amazed.
"Oh, it's quite simple. You get as many wishes as you desire, I am not bound by the rules of my fellow genies. I was freed by Mr. Prosperio, and his only request was that i let his guests use my power. I can change any one's body shape, however they desire. If you, for example..."
she waves her hands and an image of you appears in the middle of the room, wearing much the same outfit.
"...wanted to be quite chubby, fat if you will...'
her hand waves again and the form changes to a vey plump version of you standing there, looking pleased.
"..or to be inflated, like a balloon..."
Again the form changes, this time to a round and glossy version of you floating in the air.
"...you could wish it, and i could make it so. and, as i have the ability to see into your heart, i see that this is something you desire, to change your body's shape. Being thin for so many years has made you wish to be larger, somehow. Well, here's your chance, if only for a few moments, you can be that big. So what shall i do for you?"
