larry stands, looking eagerly at the girls.
'soo...' he says
'so isnt a suggestion larry' raven accused.
he laughed sheepishly.
'ok fine...i do have a suggestion, though'
starfire sat upright eagerly listening, hoping for some action to impart on the drone of a day.
'well...'he began speaking in hushed tones a he leant into the girls. he could see the excitment in starfire's face, the eagerness in terra's eyes and the indignation in raven's. 'i hear that stefan is going to, attempt, to kill off dragonhide'. he put a huge emphasis on 'attempt', for it was a rare feat for anyone to kill dragonhide, even the master monster slayer stefan, handsome as he was.
Dragonhide was enormous, she was a beautiful elegant scaley monster. with the armour of dragon skin and the poison of a serpent, she was a beautiful and deadly weapon. she lived across the great river gorge in the high mountian caves and she usually kept to herself. but in most recent times she became hungry for human flesh and had been killing more than often. Stefan had courageously said he would stop at nothig to kill her, and so here it was, the day that he would probably die trying to save the rest of the village.
Terra signed at the mention of stefan, for he was rather handsome. Raven stood up and was immediate in her respnse to this new news.
'well' she spoke 'that settles it then, we'll fight with him'
starfire whimpered, 'i thought manybe we could just watch the fight, you know, cheer him on'
'no' answered terra ' we should set a trap, to help stefan, but we cant be caught or we will ave to reveal our powers to everyone, and you know we cant do that, right raven?' she asked hopefully, but a little frightened
Larry looked at the girls as they mentally fought through the challenges of what to do.
'um...'he began quietly, unsure of how the girls would react 'we could, i mean i've thought about, well'
'oh spit it out larry' Raven urgued 'your going to give yourself a haemorrhage'
'i've been thinking, dornghide has extremely rare properties for a monster she may be very useful, if we could possibly talk to her, convince her of the right way, you know maybe she'll want to join us...she could come in very handy. plus...' he added gaiing more confidence ' she's not the worst thing we'll have to deal with, she will help us alot if we can convince her'.
Terra's jaw dropped at his suggestion, Starfire gazed at him in awe, and Raven looked at him quizzingly.
what should they decide on?
