A girl with long, dark red hair wearing the usual jeans and a T-shirt that most people would wear. The girl seems to be enveloped in whatever she is listening to, cause she bumps into a pole and nearly trips on the sleeping toon. She looks around for a few seconds and picks the first seats she saw, coincidentally, the ones where your feet are sticking out of.
She walks over and sits down in the seats where your socked feet are sticking out, seemingly too wrapped up in whatever she is listening to to even notice your predicament. At first you are glad to have some company and are about to speak when you remember something: the whole reason your feet are in the stocks is so they can be tickled, so it might not be a great idea to get her attention. After a few minutes, she shuffles around and bumps your foot, she looks over and sais in an annoyed voice "Hey! Move your feet jerk!" you don't say anything, and after a couple seconds she realizes that your feet are stuck there.
"Hey wait, why are this guys feet in sto-" she is interrupted as she glances at a sign that is at every seating area.
"Coach riders can be tickled with no limit by any first class travelers..." the sign trails off about where to find tickling tools and oils, but the first part is all she really needed to read.
