After a week drinking weight gain shakes Ad start to put on the pounds. That makes him feel a bit lazier and more hungry.
Instead of excercising two hours a day he only do it for an hour.
In the morning he was getting dressed when he noticed a strange tightness in his skinny jeans.
"Hey Rob, am I getting a bit fat"
"No Ad, you're in a perfect shape, why?"
"I feel my jeans tighter"
"They must have shrunk in the wash"
"Yeah, that must be"
Rob was excited about that, Ad was getting a soft layer of fat in his ripped body.
Later in the gym Ad get on the scale, it gets up to 165, five pounds heavier than when he arrives.
'It's not fat, it's muscle, I'll increase my workout time and I'll drink more protein shakes so my muscles get bigger' he thought.
Then he workout for two hours and drink two shakes.
