Krystal deftly dodged the tentacles. The tentacles, frustated at now being exposed, immediately pulled back in.
"NO!!!" Falco yelled, pursuing the tentacles as fast as he could. He flew into the holes blown into the side of the ship, only to find nothing. "Where is she?"
(The alternate dimension)
Katt and her Cat's Paw 2 was dragged through the portal, the tentacles grip on her ship too powerful for her to escape. When she entered the alternate dimension, her ship was slammed into sand, disabling the ship. She opened the cockpit and got out. She looked around to see an endless expanse of sand.
"At least I can breathe here." Katt concluded, looking around.
A little further away, she could see another object in the sand. She rushed over to it. When she got close, she noticed the design of the ship.
"That's Lucy's Sky Bunny!" Katt recognized. "She must have gotten dragged down here, too."
When Katt finally reached the ship, she saw footprints in the sand, she followed them, until she finally stopped. Before Katt, sat a large pit of quicksand.
"But the footprints head out towards the sand..." Katt said to herself, contemplating whether to follow them.
