The Asgardian giantess immediately popped the webslinger into her mouth, fully intending to swallow him!

But, while Spidey might have been too slow to avoid her version of "the boarding house reach," he could still react fast enough to avoid being devoured. Even as her tongue slid him towards the fateful drop-off point, he raised his web-shooters and...

THWIP! THWIP!

Spidey held on to those twin strands of webbing for dear life. Especially, when the movements of that giant tongue became faster and more violent.

"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! I guess...she's getting...impatient!"

This was true. And, finally, the Enchantress just gave up and spit him back out. But, what was she going to try next?
