Mayor and Sivana

Meanwhile in the Mayor's office. He and several other city officials were looking at Mary Marvel from their window. They were powerless to do anything.
"What are we gonna do?" asked one Official.
"I don't know," replied the Mayor. "They city has never faced a threat on this scale."
"Why don't we call in the national guard?"
"Their weapons wouldn't be able to hurt her at normal size never mind that size." Then there is a knock on the door. "Come in."
The door opens and Dr Sivana. He had a huge smile on his face.
"So I see you have a little problem," said Sivana.
"What do you want?"
"Well you have no options have you?"
"Well no."
"But I have a machine. A giant robot that rivals her size and strength. It's fully operational. And I'll be more than happy to destroy her for you for a small fee."
"How much do you want?"
"Ten billion dollars."
"What no we won't give you it."
"It's either you hand over the money or Mary Marvel will destroy your city."
"Ok ten billion it is."
Dr Sivana then starts to walk out of the door. "Pleasure doing business with you."
