Huge blue eyes stared at him through the portal, and Lee felt his blood turn to ice! They receded and he saw her face again, but writ large. Pale white skin like a beautiful death, elegantly curved nose and lips in a cruel sneer. Long ebon hair fell across the view... NO! Her tongue, now bigger than he was flicked out, long and deadly and then a cold hard fist punched through into his world!

Fingers unclenched and grasped! He was caught in her cold palm. His heart pounded and the cold metal of her ring pushed into his neck as she stole him into this new world..

There was no air left in him to scream any more.
