This choice: Kaworu needs his help, go into his mouth • Go Back...Chapter #10Man & Angel against Man & Eva(Eve) by: ghost   "Alright" Shinji said as he stood in Kaworu's palm. "I'll go inside you but first" turning around Shinji looked at Misato "Misato! Please don't kill Kaworu! He isn't going to become one with Adam!" he shouted down to her.
Misato had been listening to those two talk as soon as they had appeared before them. She knew he wasn't lying, and since she trusted Shinji, she'll trust the last Angel. 'He better not betray us'. "Okay Shinji! You go with him!" turning towards her Lieutenants she spoke softly "Tell all forces to stand down." "Yes Major!" All three replied.
"I suggest you don't do that." Said Kaworu as he looked down with that soft smile. Now Misato would usually have a defense against such a assault of making someone into a blushing pile of goo. But, this wasn't the case with Kaworu. She was blushing so badly she couldn't even look at him. 'How can he do that!' she thought for a few seconds. "What do you mean?"
"SEELE has sent its Eva Series and forces to attack Nerv to destroy me and reclaim Eva-01. If you stand down you'll be giving them a huge advantage. My suggestion to you is use their ignorance against them." Kaworu said softly
"I see" was all that she replied with 'Then what Kaji said was true, they were trying to create an Artificial Third Impact.' As she contemplated her thoughts in her head, Lt. Aoba turned from his control panel. "Major, should we tell all forces to prepare for a ambush against SEELE?" "Yes, tell all forces." and with that, he turned around to enter the information into his computer.
-----Meanwhile with SEELE's forces-----
Slowly a massive military force walked across the countryside preparing for war. It had been 14 years since the last war on Earth and now it would arise again. Tanks, Helicopters, Jets, and a massive army of Troopers were approaching the remains of Tokyo-3.
"How long till we reach Nerv?" said the Commander of the enemy force as he asked his second in command. "About 32 minutes." he said. "Good, tell them to send the Eva series now." After his command, his seond in command turned and walked off.
-----Meanwhile with SEELE itself--------
In the middle of the 12 Monoliths stood one man behind a desk with his second in command. This man Gendo Ikari, had chosen to run like a coward to the only place he could go: SEELE.
"So you have returned Ikari!" said 03
"Can you blame me after the last Angel fused with Eva-02?" said Gendo with that cold, heartless look.
"No, but even you must understand that this was your own doing!" spatted 09
"What do you mean?" said Fuyutsukei
"Don't play dumb with us! You betrayed SEELE, tried to change the scenario to yours, and because of your son, the future has been changed!" said 11
"Well, it was obvious that your scenario was taking too long." said Gendo with a look of anger in his face "And it is not my fault that a certained Human-formed Angel fell in love with my son. As I seem to remember him being sent by you."
"Yes, that is true" said 10 "But we cannot overlook your actions. When this is over you shall be dealt with a painful and slow execution." and with that all but 01 had vanished.
"I warned you Ikari! Stay on the scenario, never change it, make sure everything goes to our plans. And now look at all that has happend because of you. You will live to regret this day Ikari!" and like all the others, 01 vanished just like the others vanished into the darkness.
"It appears their actually mean it this time." said Fuyutsukei.
"Yes, but what concerns me more is if the last angel tries to fuse my son with a Eva. He could become a giant and a angel just like him." getting up, he turned around to a door that appeared "But this is just one such scenario."
----------Back to Kaworu to Shinji-------
"Shinji, be careful while your inside my mouth." he said softly as he looked down at him "Even if I accidentally swallow you my core will be able to save you from harm."
"Okay, Kaworu" was all that he replied as he saw Kaworus lips take him into his mouth slowly and gently. As he sat there on his tongue. He could feel his conciousness merge a bit with Kaworu, he could feel things that Kaworu could, even feel a bit of what he is thinking. He even understood that he could control Kaworus body simply by thinking about it. 'If I can feel his thoughts then why couldn't I ever feel my mothers thoughts?' he thought as he sat there in the moist canyon.
'Because your mother was turned into a creature thats skin was burned and had armor attached so it would become incapable of feeling its own skin move. It was just a mindless monster with only the soul of your mother.' he said telepathically. 'I understand Kaworu' he said smiling as he felt Kaworus the warmth and kindness of Kaworu entered his conciousness. He felt ready to fight.
Slowly his wings flapped as they allow him to fly into the air, he passed through the ceilings above him like it wasn't there, and flew into the air out of Lilith's black moon. He rose with his body rising like a god into the air from the newly formed lake. His body wet and a bit sensitive from the water. He looked towards the distance and could see the enemy forces coming this way.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
