Returning, you work swiftly, but intricately, bandaging the Gryphon's wounds. Patting his cheek comfortingly,” Do not worry dear, everything will be alright soon, what you did was very brave of you, I'll go and tell my father, and he'll be able to find your rider, my sister." The Majestic animal coos softly in response, not really understanding her, but feeling her care and confidence in her voice and soft caresses.
He squirms slightly to get comfortable to his bandages, and then nuzzles against your belly in thanks, falling softly to sleep. You rush out to the nearby horse stables; there were only two horses within. The one you traveled to the stables with, a pure white stallion, your personal horse, one you were well acquainted with and sure of his abilities. Then there was the fresh mount, placed there to provide quick travel back to the castle, a brown horse, strong and agile, built for speed, a white star upon his forehead. You quickly mount one of them and ride out; commanding the horse with cries and whips from the reins to rush at top speed towards the castle.
[Now one question remains, which horse would you, the reader, choose to continue the story? Would you mount the white horse, because you were most comfortable with him? Or, perhaps you rushed out with the fresh mount, because your Sister's life was more important then your preferences?]
