Foot fall and toejam

Mark uses all of his strength to reach the top but as he starts to pull himself out Andi's foot comes in and knocks him back down the sock. Mark knowing full well that the sock is going to be tight tries to keep his body right up against the sock's wall. But this is to no avail and Mark soon finds him self stuck between Andi's smallest toes. Mark then feels a small earthquake as Andi places his foot down. A bit of good luck because due to the footfall Mark was able to squeeze a little out from between Andi's toes. Mark begins to struggle some more hoping to get the rest of the way out when Andi lifts his foot of the floor and heads to go the bathroom.
What affect does the rest of Andi's step have on Mark?

2. He is free of the toes but not of the sock
