You figure you might as well get the cold-call out of the way before you head into the office - either it'll be over in two minutes and you'll go straight to work or you'll manage to make a sale and get the boss off your back for a few minutes. You put the address your boss gave you into your phone's GPS and find out it's only about five minutes' walk away - even easier.
