By watching what's on the news. You sit on the couch and grab the remote control and turn on the T.V. The news channel was interviewing a celebrity professional sumo wrestler, asking him questions about what was expected for the popular sport of Japan. As the T.V. turned on, a female voice is heard as she says: "I am with celebrity professional sumo wrestler, Hamujii Ashōro, who is in fact helping with the arrangements for the acclaimed Sumo2013 event. Hamujii, what is in store for this upcoming event that has captured the attention of the Japanese public and the world population?"
"Well Mrs. Halls," Hamujii Ashōro said in a Japanese-American accent, "I've been helping the Association get ready for the event. the Association and I have been planning this event since late 2011. It has been long time with agreeing, disagreeing, and compromises to prepare event."
"Well, everyone here must be excited, people have been lining up for this event. How much longer until the event opens?"
"Not too much longer, estimated at 4 weeks prime."
"4 weeks? And you allow these people to wait here?"
"Waiting in line separates hardcore fans from regular fans. We tell them that they have time to go back to lives and comeback when we ready, but they enjoy sumo."
"So anything else? What are some of the things people will witness at this event?"
"Well, not to give much, but I have been chosen to host. But I maybe hosting, but I will still be participating near the end."
"One more Question: You are a celebrity in this sport, other than helping the Association, how did you become so famous?"
"Well, my rank is Sekiwake, is third highest rank in professional sumo wrestling. It represents highest rank a wrestler can achieve by continuously making kachikoshi, or majority of wins, in tournaments. I am undefeated and reigning victor. I am imposing a challenge that if you defeat me in ring, winner will be given 250,000 yen."
"250,000 yen. Wow how exciting. I might want to get a ticket and watch."
That's when you start to fade out the T.V. and think to yourself. 250,000 yen. You have been living in Tokyo for quite sometime and you still haven't gotten that much since you moved. you call up your friend and ask him if you should do it. Your friend says to go for it.
