Peach's Birthday (how old is she, anyway?)

It was a typical day in the Mushroom Kingdom; the sun was out (but was too lazy to chase anyone for a change), there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and Mario and Luigi were fishing at a river. Bowser hadn't attacked the Mushroom Kingdom for some time now, which was a great relief to the citizens of the peaceful kingdom. Mario was dozing away, while Luigi was looking after the fishing poles. Exactly why the two brothers were fishing was simple; they were bored. With Bowser not attacking, life in the Mushroom Kingdom became rather dull for the Mario brothers.
"Hey! Luigi!" called a famailiar voice. Luigi looked around and saw Toad running towards him.
"Hey, Toad" said Luigi. "what's the rush, little fella?"
"The Princess's birthday is tomorrow, as if you didn't know" said Toad.
"Mama Mia!" said Luigi, suddenly remembering. "I totally forgot!"
"No Duh" said Toad. "have you gotten Peach a present?"
"No..." said Luigi, who looked over at his brother who was still asleep. He cleared his throat loudly, but Mario didn't stir. Luigi sighed.
"Well, you better hurry up" said Toad, and he ran off.
"WAIT!" yelled Luigi. "what would she like?"
Toad was too far away to hear. But the yell had woken up Mario.
"What is it, Luigi?" asked Mario. "I thought we came here to fish"
"I'm doin' all the fishin, and you're doin the sleeping" said Luigi. "Toad came up to remind us that Peach's birthday is tomorrow and we haven't even got a present for her and--"
"That's taken care of" said Mario.
"Huh?"
"I got a present for Peach" said Mario. "got it yesterday"
"What did you get her?" asked Luigi.
Mario smiled and said...
