This choice: Class ends, so Drew returns Jared back to normal • Go Back...Chapter #5Class ends, so Drew returns Jared back to normal by: scriptboy   The boys spent almost thirty minutes tossing Jared around. At first, Jared protested, but after a minute or so, he had gotten used to it. Besides, he was so light, that even if one of the boys couldn’t catch him, he would never just fall to the floor. He would just float above the ground, just like a balloon.
Finally, the bell rang, and the boys all started running towards the locker room, leaving Jared behind.
“HEY! Don’t forget about me!” he shouted, just before Drew exited the gym.
“Oh, sorry dude!” Drew said, as he commanded Jared to return to normal. Jared quickly dropped to the floor, landing on his feet, as his weight increased to normal. He was no longer weightless!
Inside the locker room, the other boys were all excited about tossing Jared around like a football.
“That was so COOL!” Adam smiled. “So, what else can you do to him?”
“I can muscle him up, make him older, I can shrink him, or I can make him taller!” Drew explained, just as Jared walked in.
“Darn! I wish I had these cool powers over him! I could make him into one of the guys on our football team!” Adam stated, since he was the Quarterback on the football team. “Or, have him play on the basketball team or on the baseball team! He would be awesome!”
“Hey man, I would make him into one of the guys on the soccer team or one of our players on the wrestling team or on the track team, especially if I could grow his muscles and make him stronger and faster!” Jack explained. “I could use a dude like Jared!”
“Well, I’m more into aquatic sports. I was going to try him out on the swim team and on the diving team myself, but I really like your ideas a lot!” Drew pondered as he listened to his friends. “The water polo team needs new players as well.”
“Oh, boy… Looks like I’m going to be playing a lot of sports pretty soon!” Jared sighed as he rolled his eyes.
Drew huddled up with Adam and Jack.
“Guys, I can temporarily pass on my powers over Jared to you guys if you want him to play on your sports teams! You can make him grow bigger, taller and stronger! You can change his clothes and make him wear any uniform you want!” Drew explained to them. “It’s really easy! You can make him into the best player in any sport on any team!”
“Seriously? I don’t have to get him a new soccer uniform? Or a wrestling leotard? Or running shoes for track?” Jack asked him.
“No! I just snap my fingers! Look!” Drew smiled as he made the boys turn around and glance at Jared, who was bust brushing his hair before the mirror in the locker room. Jared was wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans with his tennis shoes.
Drew snapped his fingers and Jared was instantly engulfed by a bright, blue light, which lasted a second.
Instantly, Jared was wearing soccer cleats, black soccer shorts and a red soccer jersey with long red socks along with shin guards under the socks. Jared didn’t even notice that his clothes had changed at first.
“Huh? What happened to my clothes? Why am I wearing a soccer uniform?” Jared sighed as he looked down at the rest of his body. “Am I playing soccer now?”
“OH! That’s so COOL!” Jack cheered. “I wanna be able to do that! We NEED him on our team!”
“Okay, let’s take turns. One weekend, Jack can have him. Next week, Adam can have him. Then, I’ll take him and have him swim and dive in the pool!” Drew explained.
“DEAL!” Jack and Adam cheered in unison.
“Okay, Jared! Get ready to play a LOT of sports!” Drew shouted at Jared.
“Uhh…. Fine… Nothing I can do to stop you guys…” Jared just shrugged.
Then, Drew held Jack and Adam’s hands tight and concentrated, sharing his wonderful powers over Jared with his two, athletic buddies while Jared just looked on. Jared just sighed. What were Adam and Jack going to do to him?
