She dicided that trying to convince anyone would be too risky. After all, if she tried to convince one of them and it failed, she would have a much harder time trying to steal it. She figured she should just steal it while they don't suspect it and save herself the trouble of risking it with Bulma or Dr. Briefs. She arrived at West City in which Capsule Corporation was located, and quickly spotted it. It was a large dome-shaped building on a fairly large lot. She let her power dissapate and she slowly descended onto the grassy turf in front of the building. Quickly realizing that Dr. Briefs was riding his bike not too far away, Pan used her Saiyan speed to quickly move around undetected. She finally made it inside the Capsule Corporation building and quickly she started to check the labs, reading the lables on the doors. Finally, after about five minutes of stealthy moving, pan found it. It was a door with the words "Growth Project" on it. She checked through the narrow glass window to see if there was anybody inside, and saw nobody. She quickly opened the door and ran to the far wall (she couldn't move too fast because she used up most of her energy when she was moving fast before) and spotted a strange device that kind of looked like a Dragon-Radar but with a string around it to attach to her neck. She quickly put it on and just as soon as she did, she realized something she didn't before. Was she going to activate it in here or go outside to do it. If she did it in here she would most likely destroy the capsule corp building but if she did it out there, she would risk getting caught with the device.
