write blindly, or seek before writing??
I have a writing question, or poll, rather.

For those of you who are seeking publication, do you tend to A)write something and then seek a suitable market for it, or B)look thru market guides and pick a market that you're comfy with, and then write something tailored to that market/publisher/etc?

I've gone about it both ways, but I prefer B. It gives me a focus before I write something, plus sometimes it sparks ideas.

Just wonderin' if I'm the only one.
