Umm, well the trampoline squad is awesome. It's 5 hours a week and we learn special moves and rountines and yeah, if anyone's good enough, then we get to compete in local comps and stuff. I'm certainly not a great trampolinist but I can do some skills like swivvle hips, front somisaults, arabian fronts. i'm too chicken to go backwards though!
I hope that kinda clears it up a bit as to waht I'm doing boucning around! It'll be handy to get some exercise. I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks so far without any exercise, so I'm hoping to get rid of the 16 lbs I put on last year and get fit again. i hate how out of shape I feel and how quickloy I get tired these days.
