Hi;
I went to an orthopedist the other day and along with recommending therapy (which I am now going to go to Tuesdays and Fridays for the next couple of weeks), he gave me two tips that seem to be helping. After I told him that I am a writer, he recommended that I use a fatter pen instead of the normal thin ones. I am currently using Pilot's Dr. Grip Gel Pens. He says that this sort of pen is easier as it doesn't require much pressure from the hand. He also recommended that I keep my keyboard and mouse lap height. I bought a keyboard drawer that just hooks onto my desk and has a mouse drawer , too. It really is less stress on the elbow. (I have tennis elbow.) Just thought I'd pass that along.
Working for the Lord doesn't pay much, but the retirement plan is out of this world!
