My doctor gave me a carpal tunnel-type splint to immobilize my wrist to keep the pain away from my elbow. I go back to him in about ten days. It will have been one month already. Anyway, since he has given me this, I have become aware of the amount of time I spend leaning on one elbow or the other, and am trying to break myself of this habit. Your elbows are in my prayers.
Working for the Lord doesn't pay much, but the retirement plan is out of this world!
